My Compaq CQ41 227TX Laptop not working properly again...

Something is very very wrong with my Laptop... it is becoming super hot.i suspect that the fan has become faulty.or maybe the motherboard is corrupted.afraid of connecting the battery to it.bcz judging by the untouchable temperature of its.using of battery is not good.i dont want to send it to the service center again.olast time they charged me 1/2th of the laptop's price just to repair it, and YES they also changes some internal parts unnecessarily and also they STOLE my bluetooth chip built which was installed into the Motherboard.
when i reported them they said to me that it was never there ! then i told them that it means you gave me a false laptop at the time of purchase. well they are just a bunch of rat asses. and i don't care about them. i don't know what got into my father['s mind that he put all his money into reviving a fully dead laptop and now this Frankenstein is giving me so much of problems.when it first became broke i told him to sell it.we got a hardware pawn shop who was agreed to give us 5000 INR for that junk without the hard drive.every now and then something is getting broke now in this laptop and as it is a laptop so it means that no part of it is available on open market except from the parent company and they charge hefty of price for this.
this is the original game that these kind of PC manufacturers play worldwide and specially in INDIAN SUBCONTINENT.they treat us like a bunch of lamer who don't know anything about their policies.they sell here mostly 2nd hand computers from USA and other developed countries where people changes their gadgets every now and then because they have money.those getting refurbished and cleaned and sold here with the SAME price.so they are making double money.
every new model or line up gets discontinued after 5.5 months average.its the less time than the warranty on the battery of that product.this is so ridiculous.and the best part of this is that no one cares about it.people just move on to buy next thing from these kind of manufacturers.besides the brands no computer manufacturer is different.even some makes their products on the same assembly line in Taiwan Korea and china.
except some companies like Apple, Sony, Toshiba and maybe Samsung all other so called biggies of computer manufacturers are all same from inside.just the difference is the chassis, the bloatwares they put in and the price.
all above data i gathered from different sources online and offline from different cities and some of them actually works in those companies.yet they are so frustrated by their companies that they vent their anger to me.
the matter of fact is that money matters in business and that's why it is so dirty out here.
right now i am backing up the data from my laptop i don't know what to do now.give it to the shop for repair or just do nothing because i havnt started my project yet and i have to start my project... at somewhere.my best hope is my desktop.
