if u r using chrome then use following extensions -

FIRST OF ALL INSTALL THIS -

it will notify when it get installed. but you wont see it in your extensions.now log out of your fb account.

THEN install from chrome store-

1. adblock
2. adblock plus

now update the adblock lists. install 3 essential lists-
click on ADBLOCK settings > go to FILTER LIST tab
now
just put the URL and click on SUBSCRIBE

and also check the 4 lists there (they may also be checked by default)

adblock custom filter, easylist, easy privacy.

then install these from chrome strore.

4. Dr.Web Anti-Virus Link Checker
5. SiteAdvisor
6. bitdefender TrafficLight

now,

install a free tool in your computer..

* macafree site advisor.

1. log off from fb NOW

2. restart browser. dont open fb

3. close browser

4. clear cookie with ccleaner or any other tool

5. start browser

6. change the email a/c password which is linked with ur fb account

7. change fb password

8. log off

9. clear cookie

10. login to fb

to furthur enhance ur security

use some tools good tools…

AND REMEMBER DO NOT CLICK ON ANYWHERE OR INSTALL ANY APP, do not JOIN RANDOM GROUP or PAGE OR GET TAG IN PICTURES.... dont go for random causes or "oh my god see here!!" type links... javascript can be hidden in any place clickable.. always update your OS, antivirus and browser. use a nice firewall.
